Product Description
- In the front-edge feeding mode, the air flow rate can be adjusted according to the bending degree of the board to ensure smooth feeding. ( Back feeding mode is optional if necessary)
- The feeding rubber roll is equipped with the cylinder baffling device to ensure accurate and reliable feeding. And the solidity of fed board will not be impaired owing to too small feeding clearance.
- The position of the left and right baffle boards are controlled electrically. ( Pneumatic controlled can be added) The rear bumper box is adjusted electrically. The clearance of the front baffle board is adjusted manually.
- The phase of the stencil roll can be set up within 360 degrees via the color touch screen. And the production speed and the set production quantity can be show on this screen.
- The adjustment of the clearance between the cushion roll and the die cutting roll is done by a self-locking mechanism. An air cylinder is also equipped for rapid adjustment within a wide range, which not only reduce damage of the cushion, but also increase the service life of it.
- The cushion roll can move transversally in a mechanical spiral type. And the movement distance is 40mm.
- The speed compensation device can make the PU roll slide along with the stencil roll, so that the surface speed of the cushion roller can be controlled by the cutter die, and thus the carton cut has exactly the same shape as that of the cutter die.
- The machine is equipped the PU rubber correcting device with can trim the PU rubber for a few times for longer life.
- The material of all transmission rolls high-grade steel, quenched and tempered, surface finished, with hard chromium plating.
- The transmission gear adopt the high quality alloy steel, with heat treatment and grinding. Closed spray lubrication cycle is adopted by the gear. The machine oil auto-balance device used can maintain the oil level balance of various units.
- Main electric motor adopts the frequency converter adjustment.
